Terms and conditions

Last updated October 20, 2026

Template text. Have it reviewed for your practice and state before you publish.

These terms apply when you use this website or ask for an appointment at Dental Care, run by Dental Care PC. By sending a request or using the site you agree to them.

Appointment requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a booked appointment. We call or email you within one working day to offer an exact time, and your appointment is booked only when we confirm it.

An emergency request asks us to call you back the same day during opening hours. It does not reserve a time.

Not for medical emergencies

This website is not monitored around the clock. If you have swelling that affects your breathing or swallowing, heavy bleeding that will not stop, or an injury to your face or jaw, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent dental pain during opening hours, call us on +1 (415) 555-0162.

Changes and cancellations

Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to move or cancel a booked appointment, so we can offer the time to another patient.

Prices and estimates

Prices on this website are starting prices for a typical case and are a guide only. Your treatment plan comes with a written estimate before any treatment begins, and that estimate is what applies.

Insurance coverage depends on your plan. We check your benefits for you, but the final amount your plan pays is decided by your insurer.

Medical information

The information on this website is general and is not dental or medical advice. Advice about your own teeth comes from an exam with a dentist.

Using the site fairly

  • Do not send false requests or try to disrupt the site.
  • Do not copy the site's content or photos for commercial use without permission.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions? Email hello@example.com.
